Membership Dues

To maintain active membership with REIC and retain your designation(s) you must pay annual membership renewal fees (“dues”).

We invite you to reaffirm your commitment to your profession by renewing your REIC membership!

Membership renewal fees are due by January 31, 2021!

Membership Renewal Due Date

Members who renew before the due date of January 31, 2021 will avoid incurring the $35 late fee.

Payment Arrangements

We encourage anyone interested in making payment arrangements to contact payments as soon as possible.

Please Note: If you made payment arrangements for 2020 dues, you will need to submit them again for 2021.

Promote Your Current Membership

Renew your membership and receive a current year Membership logo (digital file) to demonstrate your membership with REIC – online or in print.

Members and Candidate members who do not remit dues are subject to termination.

Members can update their contact information at any time. This includes name, e-mail, and address changes.

Update Your Directory Profile Information

Designated members can also update their online directory profile. The Find A Member online directory receives over 2000 hits a month.

About Dues Amount

The 2021 National dues amount is $459.

Pro-Rated
An individual who is approved for Member or Candidate Member status part way through the year will have their dues pro-rated from the first of the month following approval of membership or candidacy.

There are no refunds of membership dues.

Additional Designations
An incremental fee is applied for each additional designation or candidacy after the initial one (1).

IREM Dues

REIC property management Members and Candidate Members (with or pursuing a CPM®, ARM® and/or ACoM designation) also become members of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). As members of IREM you have access to IREM’s vast resources at the chapter level and through their website.

Dues amount
IREM sets the dues amount on an annual basis.

REIC Members are represented at the local level by an REIC chapter (if applicable).  Chapters provide member networking and professional development programs as well as community outreach activities.

Retired Member Status
An REIC Member in good standing who is collecting CPP may qualify for Retired status. 

A Retired Member pays 25% of membership dues with no rights or privileges. You will still be able to use your REIC/IREM designation after your name.
