Real estate finance practitioners who hold the CRF (Certified in Real Estate Finance) designation work in a wide range of positions from consultants, portfolio administrators, and asset managers, to mortgage brokers and financial and investment analysts.
You must have a minimum of three (3) years working in a real estate finance capacity, particularly in underwriting and administration, within the last five (5) years immediately prior to being awarded the CRF desigination. The CRF curriculum covers best practices in financial and investment analysis, loan and risk evaluation, mortgage underwriting and administration. |

BECOME AN REIC CANDIDATE MEMBERTo obtain the CRF designation you must first apply for Candidacy with REIC. Becoming a Candidate is your first step toward achieving an REIC designation.

APPLYComplete the application package to apply for the Designation Program. Once your application is approved, you will become an REIC Candidate and begin your journey to designation.
