IREM

It is through our partnership with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) that REIC offers the following real estate management designation programs in Canada:

• CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® (CPM)

• ACCREDITED RESIDENTIAL MANAGER® (ARM)

• ACCREDITED COMMERCIAL MANAGER (ACoM)

With over 18,000 individual members and 500 corporate members globally, IREM is the only professional real estate management association serving both the multi-family and commercial real estate sectors. IREM has 80 US chapters, eight international chapters, and several other partnerships around the globe.

IRES

It is through our partnership with The Institute of Real Estate Studies (IRES) that REIC offers the following reserve fund planning designation programs:

• Certified Reserve Planner (CRP)

• Associate Reserve Planner (ARP)

IRES was founded by the late Hans J. Moehring FRI(E), CRP(E), who is widely recognized for pioneering rigorous qualification requirements, education programs and service standards in support of reserve fund planning excellence and professional designations. IRES is now led by J. Scott Fischer, CRP.

Mount Royal University

Mount Royal offers 43 degree, applied degree, university transfer, diploma and certificate programs including 30 majors and specializations. Its wide range of disciplines includes arts, business, communication, community and health studies, music, theatre arts, and science and technology.

Collège de l'immobilier du Québec

Founded in 1993, the Collège de l'immobilier du Québec is the largest real estate college in Quebec. It is widely considered the leader in its field, providing quality training and continuing education geared towards real estate professionals and brokers. The Collège serves both French-speaking and English-speaking students.

Langara College

Langara College in Vancouver, British Columbia, offers education courses leading to the ACCREDITED RESIDENTIAL MANAGER (ARM) designation.

Langara College is a leading provider of classroom-based real estate education. Langara College works closely with the Real Estate Institute of Canada, and other real estate industry groups, to ensure that their courses and programs are aligned with educational standards across the real estate profession.

FIABCA

The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) was founded in 1951. The organization annually awards the Prix d'Excellence to a global real estate project deemed outstanding in design and construction. FIABCI international conferences attract residential and commercial realty professionals for networking and knowledge enhancement.
